Nita Fetzer and Beth Oja, friends of Tori Hastings (a former substitute teacher) presented a check for books to Media Specialist Maureen Smischney and Principal Shelly DeJean on Tuesday, February 24. Tori Hastings succumbed to cancer in July 2008. Tori’s love of children, teaching, and reading prompted her friends to gather funds to present to the three schools Tori substitute taught in over the last couple of years.
